Users of the Service must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and acceptance (to these Terms of Use) of a parent or guardian.

1.MODIFICATION

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, discontinue or terminate the Service and to modify these Terms at any time. If we modify these Terms, we will update the Terms on the Site and will provide notice of the modification either by email or through a general notice on the Site. We will also update the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms Please review this page and these Terms from time to time so you are aware of any changes. By continuing to access or use the Service after we have modified the Terms, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, please cease using the Service.

2.AVAILABLE

We do our best to ensure that the product you're ordering is available at the time of purchase. We make no guarantees on the availability of product as represented on the Site.

In the event that a sold-out item has been purchased or a product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake, Fe3c reserves the right to cancel the transaction. You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or a full refund. 

 

3.ORDER

We will process your purchase within 7 working days(excluding weekends and holidays). You will received an e-mail include your order number. In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email.

4.SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The tracking number of your order will be provided once your order has been shipped.

For in-store purchases, all sales are final, which means no return or exchange.

For online purchases, although we are unable to offer exchanges at this time, we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

Return Address:

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
· Returns must be post marked within 15 days of the receipt.

· Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.

· Item(s) must be accompanied by our Return Form (Please contact our customer representatives to get it).

· Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account per your request.

Shipping fee for the return is paid by the buyer. Please insure all packages with a tracking number.

Fe3c reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Once inspection is passed. A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

 

8.TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We are not responsible for typographical errors. Although every effort is made to warrant that the information detailed on the Site is accurate, from time to time a typographical error may appear as it applies to, but is not limited to, price, model name, style number, and description. Please accept our apologies for such errors, and we will make corrections as such errors are found. The decision of honoring incorrect pricing, for whatever reason it has occurred, is at our sole discretion and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9.PERSONAL DATA

All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the utmost care. Fe3c treats all personal information confidential and it will not be sold or used for any other purposes than to process and fulfill your order and ensure the best service possible. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you may have it changed or removed. If this is the case, send us an e-mail clearly stating your name, e-mail address and a short description of the matter.
